NASHVILLE, TN—October 30, 2025—Thyme Care, the leading value-based oncology company, today announced that Ross Feinstein has joined the company as Head of AI Platform, adding new depth to its product and engineering leadership as the company continues to expand its use of artificial intelligence across oncology care.

Feinstein brings more than 15 years of experience in product development, engineering, and health technology. At Flatiron Health, Feinstein spent more than six years building and leading products and data systems that helped community oncology practices operate more effectively. His work combined engineering, data strategy, and business leadership, including launching and running Flatiron’s Revenue Cycle Management business, which delivered technology-enabled solutions that reduced administrative burden and helped cancer centers improve both operations and patient outcomes. After co-founding a health tech startup that applied data and workflow automation to improve healthcare delivery efficiency, Feinstein joined AcuityMD as head of product, where he helped build software that strengthened relationships between innovative medical device companies and providers.

“In oncology, every decision is high stakes and time sensitive,” said Dr. Bobby Green, co-founder, president, and chief medical officer of Thyme Care. “AI gives us a way to see patterns faster, anticipate needs, and support the kind of complex decision-making that defines cancer care. We’ve already seen how it can make our work more connected and precise, and Ross’s expertise and leadership will help us scale that impact by expanding AI’s reach in safe, intentional ways that give care teams and partners even greater capacity to deliver the best possible outcomes for patients.”

At Thyme Care, Feinstein will guide the company’s AI platform strategy, focusing on how generative AI can make oncology care more efficient, connected, and human-centered. His work will include:

  • Expanding the impact of AI in care delivery: building tools that help teams act faster, remove bottlenecks, and keep care moving. By simplifying manual and administrative processes, AI helps providers spend more time where it matters most: with their patients.
  • Creating stronger, smarter connections across care: strengthening the systems that bring together providers, payers, and care teams so everyone has the same real-time view of the patient. The result: faster decisions, fewer handoffs, and more coordinated care.
  • Leading with responsibility and trust: ensuring every use of AI is safe, transparent, and clinically grounded, so innovation always supports the people who deliver and receive care.

“There are two things that matter in healthcare: making patients better and making the system sustainable,” said Feinstein. “Thyme Care sits right at the intersection of those two things. The company already has the data, the partnerships, and the proof that its model works, which is why I felt compelled to join. I’ve spent my career trying to make the healthcare system work better for the people inside it—the patients, providers, risk-bearers, innovators, and scores more that make great care possible—and now I have the opportunity to be part of a team that’s already proving what better looks like and to help scale our impact through the thoughtful use of AI.”

Feinstein joins a world-class product and engineering leadership team, led by Scott Voigt, Rob Rodkey, and Alphan Kirayoglu, as the company continues to scale and deliver measurable impact through technology. Following its recent Series D financing, Thyme Care is expanding the systems and tools that support its Care Team and members through applied AI-driven workflows. This work builds on the company’s approach of AI orchestration, where AI operates as an invisible layer that connects people, data, and decisions across the cancer care journey.
