Nashville-based oncology company Thyme Care has announced a Series E financing round of more than $125 million.
A press release notes Washington, D.C.-based Morgan Health led the late-stage round, with participation from healthcare investors Humana and CVS Health Ventures, as well as institutional investors AlleyCorp, HealthQuest Capital, Foresite Capital, Concord Health Partners, Frist Cressey Ventures, Town Hall Ventures and a16z Bio + Health.
"We're continuing to invest in Thyme Care because we're confident they can continue to deliver value to patients and payers — as they make the next wave of cancer care innovation easier to access and navigate,” Dan Mendelson, Morgan Health chief executive officer, said in the release.
Of note, New York-based multinational banking institution JPMorgan Chase & Co. is the parent of Morgan Health.
The Series E financing comes after Thyme Care announced in September 2025 a $97 million Series D funding round.
Relatedly, leaders of the 2020-founded Thyme Care are establishing Thyme Companies, a parent entity designed to build a portfolio of independent businesses in oncology that addresses persistent barriers to cancer care.
The moves come as Brad Diephuis was named Thyme Care chief executive officer in mid-July.
The release notes Thyme Care co-founder Robin Shah will serve as executive chairman of Thyme Companies leading the strategy and development of new businesses and working with co-founder Bobby Green. Brad Diephuis continues as Thyme Care CEO, with Green still serving as president and chief medical officer. Thyme Care will serve as the anchor of the Thyme Companies family of businesses, retaining its name, partnerships and members.
Thyme Care services are available to more than 10.5 million people in all 50 states, with the company managing more than $7 billion in oncology spend.
"When we founded Thyme Care, our vision was never limited to one part of cancer care,” Shah said in the release.
“We wanted to create a better oncology care system. Thyme Care showed it could be done, and as we've grown alongside patients, providers and health plans, we've gained a deep perspective on the challenges that get in the way of better care. Thyme Companies is the next step in this journey, enabling us to build new solutions fully informed by what we've learned, while continuing to invest in the core business that made it possible."
